2022 Sustainable Campus Index
Congratulations to the Grounds, Waste, Energy, Engineering teams for creating a sustainable campus that is recognized nationally in the 2022 AASHE Sustainable Campus Index (SCI), a publication that recognizes top-performing colleges and universities in 17 sustainability impact areas and overall by institution type, as measured by the Sustainability Tracking, Assessment & Rating System (STARS).USC is ranked 7 in food and dining and has a Silver STARS rating. The Landscape and Grounds team was also highlighted for using equipment that led USC to being the first university to receive an American Green Zone Alliance “Green Zone” Certification.

Facilities Planning and Management (FPM) is the University of Southern California’s resource for real property acquisition and leasing, maintenance, operations, remodeling, renovation, and new construction. FPM is comprised of Controls, Finance and Administration (CFA), Real Estate & Asset Management (REAM), University Architect, Capital Construction Development (CCD), and Facilities Management Services (FMS).
