USC’s men’s track and field scored in seven events to win a share of the team title during the final day of the 2025 NCAA Men’s Outdoor Track & Field Championships being held in Eugene, Ore. on Friday. USC finished with 41 points to tie with Texas A&M for the team title.
Sophomore Madison Whyte won the 200m and 400m and anchored meet-clinching 4x400m relay.
Thirteen USC Athletics programs matched or improved their multiyear scores in 2025, according to data released by the NCAA.
The recognition honors the USC president for her impact on the Trojan athletic program and advancing the mission of USC Athletics. The presentation was part of USC Athletics’ annual Tommy Awards celebration of the year’s student-athletes and teams.
